We do not use your data for advertising, sell it to third parties, use it to train our own generalized AI or machine learning models, or use it for any purpose unrelated to providing you with the Raviga Lens service. (The AI infrastructure providers we rely on to deliver features are described in “How AI Processing Works” below.)
How AI Processing Works
Raviga Lens is powered by artificial intelligence. Delivering AI-powered features requires sending some of your data to external AI infrastructure providers for processing. This section explains what is sent, who receives it, when it happens, and what we do not do with it.
What Data Is Sent
Depending on the feature you use, the following categories of data may be sent to an AI provider for processing: email sender, subject, and body content; calendar event titles and attendee addresses; message threads; contact names; your notes; uploaded documents; and voice recordings or call audio. Text, image, and video generation requests, and web research queries you submit, are also sent to the relevant provider to produce the result you asked for.
Who Receives It
We use the following AI infrastructure and service providers. Each is listed with exactly what it receives:
Amazon Web Services (Bedrock), Mumbai and N. Virginia regions, running Anthropic Claude and Meta Llama models
Receives: email sender, subject, and body content; calendar event titles and attendee addresses; message threads; contact names; your notes.
Microsoft Azure (AI Foundry / Azure OpenAI), running GPT-5.4, DeepSeek, and Grok (xAI) models
Receives: email sender, subject, and body content; calendar event titles and attendee addresses; message threads; contact names; your notes; text, image, and video generation requests; voice transcription audio.
Google Cloud
Receives: speech-to-text and text-to-speech audio; document embeddings; web research queries.
Perplexity AI
Receives: web research queries.
Bolna.ai (conversational AI voice agent)
Receives: phone numbers, names, and personalization fields for voice calls you run. Returns call transcripts.
Alohaa (voice calling)
Receives: phone numbers and call inputs. Returns transcripts and recordings.
HeyGen
Receives: scripts for AI avatar videos you generate.
When It Happens
Data is sent to these providers only at the moment you use a feature that needs it. For example, only when you ask Raviga Lens to draft a reply, transcribe a call, or generate an image does the relevant content reach the relevant provider. We do not continuously stream your data to these providers in the background.
What We Don't Do
- We do not sell this data to these providers or to anyone else
- We do not use it for advertising
- We do not share it with data brokers
- We do not permit these providers to use it to build profiles of you for their own purposes or for any party other than Raviga Lens
Third-Party Protection
Each of these providers is bound by contractual terms requiring them to protect your data with safeguards at least equivalent to our own. Processing is governed by each provider's standard enterprise or API terms of service.
Data Sharing, Transfer, and Disclosure
We do not sell, rent, or trade your personal information or any data from connected platforms. We do not share it for advertising purposes.
We do not transfer or disclose your data to:
- Advertising platforms or ad networks
- Data brokers or data resellers
- Analytics providers for purposes beyond improving Raviga Lens
To deliver Raviga Lens's AI-powered features, we do use a named, bounded set of AI infrastructure and service providers who process your data on our behalf, such as drafting a message, transcribing a call, or generating an image you requested. These providers, and exactly what each one receives, are listed in the “How AI Processing Works” section above. This processing is not a sale, and the data is not used for advertising or shared with data brokers.
We may also disclose your information in the following limited circumstances:
- With your consent — when you explicitly direct us to share information
- Legal compliance — when required by law, subpoena, or government request
- Safety and security — to investigate fraud, abuse, or security incidents
- Business transfer — in the event of a merger or acquisition, with prior notice to you and continued protection of your data under this policy
